Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called the Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies who has been especially close to someone here, the pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill or old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: They each miss someone very special to them who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance.
His bright eyes are intent; his eager body quivers.
Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling to each other in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress that beloved head and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together.

雖然牠們已經離去
我們永遠也會懷念牠們帶來的歡樂
牠們永遠也會活在我們的心底內，等候我們再次的重逢
我們不要傷心，不要難過，我們應該努力做好自己的本份
牠們只是去了一個無憂無慮的地方(彩虹橋)，快樂地等候我們重逢的那一天....

有一座橋連接天與地，叫做<彩虹橋> ，因為它有著繽紛的色彩，
橋的這一端，是綿延的草原，山丘與河谷，一片綠草如茵，每當深愛的寵物死後，
牠就會去那個地方。那裡永遠都有食物，水和溫暖的春天。
老而羸弱的動物再度年輕，殘廢的再度健全，整日一起玩耍。

牠們只缺少一樣東西，少了在地上愛牠們的那個特別的人。
所以，牠們每天玩，每天奔跑，直到有一天，其中一隻突然停止玩耍，
抬頭看，鼻子掀動，眼睛睜大，突然從動物群中跑開！

牠看見了你！當你和你特別的朋友再相遇，你將牠抱在懷中，
你的臉被親了又親，你再一次凝視信賴你的那對眼睛，
然後你們就可以一起走過彩虹橋，
永遠不再分離
